Once the tubes are loaded, they go under individual tube testing by maintaining the constant Pressure/air flow as desired by process to check the density and pressure drop. Aarti Catalyst uses its own computerized tube testing device specifically designed to cater the need with +/- 3% accuracy for each tube. Dedicated color codes are assigned for Good tubes, High tubes, and low tubes, tubes with plug and thermocouple tubes. The system generates a non-editable data format for data integrity. If desired the system can also map real time data in graphical format.
